The Henry County High School Lady Patriots suffered a 2-0 loss Tuesday afternoon to Knoxville Halls in their first game in the Class 4A state softball tournament in Murfreesboro.
The Lady Patriots dropped into the losers bracket in the double-elimination tournament. They will play Green Hill in a losers bracket matchup at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Green Hill lost to Stewarts Creek, 8-7, on Tuesday. Green Hill is a school from Mount Juliet.
