Milligan University head volleyball coach Doneva Bays won her 300th career game at her alma mater on Saturday against Johnson.

Bays, a 1997 Milligan graduate and 2009 Milligan Athletic Hall of Fame Inductee, is in her 16th season as the Lady Buffs’ head volleyball coach. She has led the Buffs to 14 consecutive winning seasons in Appalachian Athletic Conference play and to NAIA National Championship appearances in 2018, 2019 and 2020. She was honored as the AAC Coach of Character for the 2020-21 academic year.
