Pregame ritual: Sometimes I listen to music, but usually I just hang out with the guys and then go play.

Time management tip: Every week, I write down for the day the things I have going on, what’s most important and has to be done first. It always helps me to stay organized, get it done and do it again the next week.

Planned career: Mechanical engineering; signed to play baseball at Stanford.

My family: Parents Cathie and Trey, sister Dana.

I would love to visit: United Arab Emirates.

What I like most about high school sports: I just like the atmosphere of the team, not only on the field but off it, and being around school all day and the family atmosphere your sport creates at school.

What I like least about high school sports: There’s not much I can complain about. It has been great to me and has been fun.
