Jensen Beach High School's Jonny Dobbs celebrates with head wrestling coach Tom McMath on Saturday, March 6, 2021, after winning the Class 1A state title match against Florida High's Tyler Reeve at the FHSAA State Wrestling Championships in Kissimmee.

Jensen Beach junior wrestler Jonny Dobbs was voted TCPalm’s Athlete of the Week from March 1-6 on the heels of capturing the 1A state championship at 126 pounds in Kissimmee on March 6.

Dobbs garnered over 4,100 votes and 49 percent of the vote, with fellow Falcon in lacrosse’s Chase Walker finishing as the runner-up with just under 35 percent of the vote.
