On Tuesday, Sweetwater High School principal Eric Weaver announced the hiring of athletic director Mike Martin as the Wildcats’ next head football coach.

Martin will retain all his administrative duties at the school in addition to the role of football coach. He replaces Ethan Edmiston, who recently resigned from the post.
