Memphis East will be out of town at the Bass Pro Tournament of Champions in Springfield, Mo., this weekend. But there is still plenty of local action to keep an eye on. Here are the top five games of the week.

BOYS

Game of the week

Bartlett (18-2) at Cordova (13-5)

When: 7:30 p.m. Friday

Cordova has won five of its past six and hosts region leader Bartlett. Bartlett, led by Ole Miss signee Antavion Collum, hasn't lost to a TSSAA team yet.

Raleigh Egypt (15-5) at Trezevant (10-8)

When: 7:30 p.m. Tuesday

This is a matchup between two of the top scoring guards in the area, Raleigh Egypt senior Deovaunta Williams and Trezevant sophomore Jalen Brown.

Fairley (10-3) at B.T. Washington (8-5)

When: 7:30 p.m. Thursday

Fairley beat B.T. Washington 59-56 earlier in the season. But that was when the Bulldogs were riding a hot streak and won eight of their first 10 games. Can Fairley snap its three game losing streak?

GIRLS

Game of the week

Southwind (14-6) at Houston (16-2)

When: 6 p.m. Tuesday

Southwind has some strong wins on its resume, including over Horn Lake and Mitchell. This week the Lady Jaguars face Houston, which has a perfect home record.

Mitchell (15-6) at Horn Lake (11-5)

When: 7:30 p.m. Thursday

This is a rematch. Horn Lake won 59-56 the first time. Now Mitchell gets a chance to avenge the loss on the road.
