Here's a look at the top Nashville-area high school girls basketball teams, as ranked by the USA TODAY Network — Tennessee.
1. Riverdale (26-1) – Sisters Aislynn Hayes, Alasia Hayes and Acacia Hayes combine to average 38.5 points a game this season. Last week: No. 1.
2. Ensworth (27-2) – The Lady Tigers seek their third straight Division II-AA championship game appearance and ninth since 2008 this week at Lipscomb's Allen Arena. Last week: No. 2.
3. Brentwood Academy (24-4) – The Lady Eagles will try to win their fifth DII-AA title in six years this week at Allen Arena. Last week: No. 3.

4. Macon County (27-5) – Keeley Carter scored 37 points in the Tigerettes’ Region 4-AA quarterfinal win over Grundy County. Last week: No. 4.
5. Beech (27-5) – The Lady Bucs must beat Mt. Juliet a third time this season to guarantee themselves a Class AAA sectional appearance. Last week: No. 6.
6. Blackman (21-6) – The Lady Blaze had to wait until Monday to start region tournament play because of rain postponements. Last week: No. 5.
7. Dickson County (26-5) – The District 11-AAA tournament champions face Page in the Region 6-AAA semifinals on Monday. Last week: No. 9.
8. Upperman (26-5) – The two-time defending Class AA state champions face DeKalb County in a Region 4-AA semifinal on Monday. Last week: No. 7.
9. Cheatham County (25-3) – The Lady Cubs have won 13 straight entering Monday’s Region 5-AA semifinal with Maplewood at Greenbrier. Last week: No. 10.
10. Brentwood (19-9) – The Lady Bruins get a third shot against Ravenwood in a must-win in Monday’s Region 6-AAA semifinals. Last week: Not ranked.
