Johnson County’s Atwood, Sullivan Central’s Crawford Named as Three Rivers Conference Players of the Year

Johnson County senior Blake Atwood and Sullivan Central junior Abbey Crawford has been named as the 2018-19 Three Rivers Conference Players of the Year.
The announcement came through the league as part of the Three Rivers All-Conference teams selected by the coaches just after the conclusion of the regular season.
Atwood led the Longhorns to a share of the regular season conference title as well as a Class AA state sectional appearance. The 6-1 guard was also a finalist for the TSSAA Class AA Mr. Basketball Award.
Crawford, a 6-1 junior, paced the Lady Cougars to the regular season title as well and to a berth in the Region 1-AA Tournament. Crawford has verbally committed to Wofford.
