Piskos Drives In 4 Runs To Lead Baylor Softball Past Whitwell

Sophie Piskos drove in four runs, while Macy Ann McKnight hurled a shutout, leading the Baylor softball team to a 4-0 win at Whitwell on Wednesday.

Piskos had a two-out RBI single in the fifth inning and put the game away with a 3-run homer in the seventh.

McKnight worked all seven innings, allowing just three hits and striking out six.

Also for Baylor, Cadashia Collins was 3-for-3, Emily Rye was 2-for-4, and Makayla Packer and Syd Berzon added singles.

Baylor, 34-3, hosts Harpeth Hall Friday.
