The Baylor boys soccer team hosted Lipscomb Academy in a region soccer match on Tuesday. Seniors Andrew Hill, Tommy Knight, John Musick, Carter Smith and Christian Stophel were honored at halftime. Lipscomb would score first but Baylor rallied for a 4-1 win.
At the 36th minute, Baylor's John Musick scored off a David Danquah pass to tie the game at one.
Mac Jett, Nathan Webb and Ethan Nunes score goals in the second half for Baylor. Nunes assisted on Jett's goal.
"I thought we played pretty well in the first half, but we lacked the quality in the final third," Baylor's Curtis Blair said. "This is something that we have been working on and hopefully we continue to improve as we go into the state tournament. We needed to get this win to give us a bye and a #2 seed from the East/Middle. This was also senior night and we wanted to send our seniors out on a victory."
Baylor keeper Charlie Hooks had one save.
