The Cyclone football team held steady in the latest AP Tennessee Prep Football rankings.
Elizabethton continued to remain ranked in the No. 4 spot in the Class 4A poll. Elizabethton was the lone Carter County team ranked this week.
EHS tallied 112 points in the poll. Region 1-4A foe Greeneville jumped to the No. 1 spot with 148 points, while Dyersburg and Haywood County were ranked No. 2 and No. 3 spots, respectively.
The Cyclones dispatched Sullivan East 63-9 on Friday.
Elizabethton opens the home portion of the 2019 schedule against Daniel Boone.
