Game of the Week

Lipscomb Academy (4-1, 2-0 DII-AA Middle) at CPA (1-5, 1-0)

The winner is in the driver's seat for a region championship. Lipscomb Academy has found its offensive rhythm, averaging 47.7 points during its three-game win streak thanks to the play of quarterback Luther Richesson, who has 981 passing yards and 12 TDs. CPA linebacker Langston Patterson leads the Lions' defense with 62 tackles. CPA's five losses includes DII-AA favorite ECS, Ensworth, Brentwood, Independence and Florida Class 2A power Champagnat Catholic.
