Kelly Clarkson shows support for Aislynn Hayes in USA Today Super 25 poll

Riverdale senior guard and MTSU signee Aislynn Hayes is up for the USA Today Super 25 top performance from last week.
She has some pretty big support.
Pop music star Kelly Clarkson, one of the hosts of The Voice, showed her support for Hayes via a Tweet Wednesday.
Clarkson was replying to a Tweet sent by her stepdaughter, Savannah Blackstock.
Savannah and Aislynn have been good friends since the two were in sixth grade together in Hendersonville, where Savannah's father, Brandon Blackstock, and family lived.
"They've been best friends ever since (sixth grade)," said Aislynn's mother, Sherry Hayes. "They've been close for a long time. (The Blackstocks) are really good people. Aislynn has taken trips with them to New York and other places. They've even come to see her play."
Brandon Blackstock is the son of Narvell Blackstock, ex-husband of country music legend Reba McEntire.
Brandon Blackstock and Kelly Clarkson were married in October 2013.

Aislynn Hayes scored 63 points in three Riverdale wins last week, including 26 in an 80-50 win over Kentucky's Mercy Academy on Saturday. She is also a nominee for area girls athlete of the week.
