HENDERSONVILLE – The Dickson County bowlers traveled to Adventure Alley in Hendersonville last week to take on White House-Heritage and easily defeated the Patriots 20-7 as the Cougars also won pin fall 3,036 to 2,907.

White House-Heritage is a co-ed team, so only the Cougars boys’ bowling team traveled to bowl.

In the first game, Andrew Kelley paced the Cougars with a 184 as he was the high score, but Dickson got rolling in the second game.

After taking a 6-2 lead by the end of the first game, the Cougars improved their lead to 12-4 as Jackson West led Dickson with a 221, and Drake Tidwell added a 192. Chris Pruitt added a 181, as well.

In game three, Drake Tidwell led Dickson with a 229, and Jackson West added a 179. Trey Milam also bowled his high game of the match with a 173.

Dickson’s Lady Cougar team will play host to Creek Wood’s Lady Red Hawks on Monday in the next Dickson bowling match.
