A pair of Donelson Christian Academy and McGavock bowlers each represented their respective schools in the TSSAA high school bowling tournament last weekend.
Donelson Christian freshman Connor Thomas and junior Max McConnell competed in the boys individual tournament. Thomas bowled a total 643 in four games with a 160.75 average to finish 14th in the tourney. McConnell bowled a total 632 in four games with a 158 average to finish 16th.
McGavock senior Katlyn Diegmueller and junior Jocelyn Cherry competed in the girls individual tournament. Diegmueller bowled a total 685 in four games with a 171.25 average to finish 15th in the tourney. Cherry bowled a total 439 in four games with a 109.75 average to finish 54th.
