Here’s a look at the top 10 Nashville-area high school girls basketball teams, as ranked by the USA TODAY Sports Network.

1. Ensworth (27-0) – Dontavia Waggoner’s 30 points led the Lady Tigers to an 87-25 rout of Hutchison to reach their 13th Division II-AA state semifinals appearance. Last week: Ranked No. 1.

2. Macon County (29-1) – The Tigerettes routed Marion County 93-27 in the Region 4-AA semifinals for their 27th straight win. Last week: Ranked No. 3.

3. Page (27-2) – The Lady Patriots edged Brentwood 48-46 in the District 11-AAA championship to avenge their two losses. Last week: Ranked No. 4.

4. Brentwood (26-2) – Amelia Osgood scored 31 points in the Lady Bruins’ loss to Page, which snapped their 25-game win streak. Last week: Ranked No. 2.

5. Brentwood Academy (21-7) – Maggie Brown’s 24 points in an 84-41 rout of Chattanooga Christian led the Lady Eagles to their 15th DII-AA semifinal appearance. Last week: Ranked No. 7.

6. Nolensville (24-4) – The Lady Knights routed Fairview 64-30 in the Region 6-AA semifinals for their 14th straight win. Last week: Ranked No. 8.

7. Upperman (26-5) – Reagan Hurst’s 20 points led the Lady Bees to an 81-42 rout of Bledsoe County in the Region 4-AA quarterfinals. Last week: Ranked No. 9

8. Clarkrange (28-4) – The Lady Buffaloes start their region tournament run against Red Boiling Springs in the Region 3-A semifinals after a forfeit win over Richard Hardy. Last week: Ranked No. 10

9. Lebanon (27-6) – The Lady Blue Devils have won 10 straight games, including a 49-46 victory over Beech in the District 9-AAA championship. Last week: Not ranked.

10. Beech (26-3) – The Lady Buccaneers must beat Rossview on Monday in the Region 6-AAA semifinals to clinch a spot in their first Class AAA sectional since 2013. Last week: Ranked No. 5.
