West Carroll’s Bryant Signs With Missouri Valley College

ATWOOD (June 16) — Atwood’s standout two-sport player Jeremiah Bryant signed to play football at Missouri Valley College in Marshall, Missouri. In a limited audience ceremony because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bryant, his family, coaches, team mates and school administrators gathered in the school’s gymnasium for Bryant to ink the contract.
Bryant was the all-time leader in rushing statistics in the history of West Carroll football.
His senior year, he had 1,848 rushing yards, 27 TDs rushing, 609 yards passing as quarterback, five interceptions, 40 tackles.

He earned first team Tennessee Sports Writers Association, first team Tennessee Football Coaches Association,, Blue-Gray All-Star, All West Tennessee Offensive Player of Year, All-Region for three years.
In his career, he had over 3,000 rushing yards. The team made back-to-back playoff appearances for the first time since 2011-12.
He was the lone senior on the basketball team that made a substate appearance this season.
Coach Josh Wolfe said Bryant was a leader, never loafed, never skipped ‘reps’, had an outstanding culture and character and had great discipline.
