Both Baylor boys and girls teams claimed the TSSAA DII-AA golf championships held recently in Sevierville, Tenn. The boys shot an 11-under score, while besting second place Ensworth and third place McCallie by 17 and 27 strokes respectively. The Red Raiders were led by David Schneider-Jerez, Haden Maxwell and Sheldon McKnight, who all shot a 139 over two rounds.
The Lady red Raiders shot an 11 over par to claim the trophy. They were led by Paula Liano’s one over 141 who captured first place individually.
