CHS Trojanettes Volleyball Team Ends Great Season

The Collinwood High School Trojanettes volleyball team had another great season, finishing 3rd in District 11 behind powerhouses Summertown and Loretto.

Leading the team in serving were Jordan Andrews with 69 aces, Layla Daniels with 56 aces, and Tessa Statom with 53 aces. Leading the Trojanette offense in attacking were Tessa Statom with 172 kills, Jordan Andrews with 70 kills, and Zali Daniel, also with 70 kills. Jordan Andrews, Layla Daniels, and Grace Ann Oliver headed up the team’s attacking efforts, leading the team in assists.

The Trojanette defense was led by Tessa Statom, Claire Scott, and Jordan Andrews on serve receive. Zali Daniels led the team in blocks with 15, closely followed by Tessa Statom with 12. The Trojanette digging efforts were led by Tessa Statom with 203, Libero Claire Scott with 146, and the combo of Jordan Andrews and Layla Daniels with 140 each.
