Grace Christian Academy football has found the newest leaders of its program.

The school hired Justin Price as head coach and assistant athletic director and his twin brother Matt Price as assistant head coach, defensive coordinator and associate athletic director, according to a release.

They leave Campbell County where they coached for the last 13 seasons, Justin as the coach and Matt as an assistant.

“We are excited to join a school that is Christ-centered and is working to reflect who Christ is, said Justin Price in a release. “As a believer, a dad, and a coach, it is a place that I wanted to be a part of. We are excited about the vision at GCA and look forward to building upon the foundation that is in place in the GCA football program.”

Price has a 72-68 record coaching the Cougars and is the winningest in school history, according to the release. Campbell Country reached five playoff appearances in the first seven seasons since taking over the program.

This past season, Campbell County went 4-7 and lost in the first round of the Class 5A playoffs.

“The Price brothers have been building football teams for years and work to get the most out of each individual student-athlete," said Marcus Dilligard, Grace Christian Academy Athletic Director. "More importantly, they also excel in building character, resilience, and a strong work ethic in their players. They will not be outworked, and the Grace Christian Academy football team is in excellent hands.”

Grace Christian’s previous coach was Justin Long who left on Dec. 7 to lead Fulton football, where he played. He went 8-22 in three seasons with the Rams, including a 3-7 record this fall.
