Ja Morant wanted to welcome Victor Wembanyama to FedExForum for the first time. So he dunked on him.

The crowd came to life any time Wembanyama and Morant ended up next to each other during Tuesday night's matchup, but Morant took it to another level in the fourth quarter. He drove to the basket, crossed over as he reached Wembanyama and then dunked on him with two hands as Wembanyama tried to recover.

The fans, naturally, went crazy. Morant took a moment to celebrate before the next play.

It was the third time in the game they'd ended up on each other. The first was a definitive win for Wembanyama when he rejected Morant at the rim. The second was a win for Morant, when he stepped back and hit a three pointer than Wembanyama didn't attempt to contest.

Tuesday was the first time Wembanyama — the highly-touted No. 1 pick in last year's NBA Draft — had played in Memphis. The Spurs and Grizzlies met earlier this season in San Antonio.

The Grizzlies are hoping to snap a three-game losing streak against the Spurs and are leading in the fourth quarter.
